Features:
★ Diacam series 1325A CNC router follows the machine designing procedure strictly. The machine c***tructure is optimized and the stability is enhanced, so the service life of the machine is increased. The table and the gantry are both c***tructed of thick wall steel tubing and the anti-distortion ability is increased. The frame components are stress relieved prior to machining at the large gantry machining center to insure paralleli*** and perpendicularity of the working surface and provide high intensity steel structure platform of stable regidity and guaranteed precision.
★ The machine is configured with a moving gantry and standard T-slot universal table to satisfy the CNC machining requirement of various customers.
★ Precision rectangular linear guideway of famous brand adopted to accomplish stable and high speed movements of X, Y, Z axis and the working accuracy and the long service life are ensured.
★ High power stepper motor and driver of famous brands are adopted to make the driving strength even stronger and ensure the tr***elling speed and carving strength as well as long time, high intention continuous machining.
★ The X, Y axes adopt high efficiency gear rack meshing tran***ission. The design improved gear tran***ission structure guarantees the working accuracy, the carving strength and the tran***iting speed and makes the maximum tr***elling speed as fast as 20 meters per minute.
