不燃輕質(zhì)板的安裝說明
Installation Instructi*** for Non-combustible Lightweight Board
1、 不燃輕質(zhì)板（以下簡稱板）的構件制作（如墻、柱、吊頂?shù)龋诟稍锏臍夂蛑羞M行。
2、 根據(jù)設計要求先安裝好輕鋼龍骨（或其他龍骨）骨架，并按施工規(guī)范檢驗骨架安裝合格。
3、 用自攻螺絲固定板、固定順序：
1) 劃線確定固定部位：在固定部位鉆預孔，孔徑比自攻螺絲的直徑要小1mm。
2) 用自攻螺絲固定板，先固定板的中間部位，在固定板的兩邊。
3) 自攻螺絲間距不大于200mm。
4) 板邊距與自攻螺絲中心須大于15mm，以增加牢度。
5) 板與板之間建議不留縫。
6) 自攻螺絲頭須沉入板面1mm，并要作防銹處理。
7) 建議采用專用自攻刮削螺絲，可使螺絲頭經(jīng)過刮削的作用一次性下沉。
